Job summary

jobline resources pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced CRM developer to participate in planning and implement Dynamics 365 solutions. You will gather requirements, design, build, test, and deploy CRM modules using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net, and provide technical guidance to the team.

You will work on both SDLC waterfall and Agile projects, including government and private sector deployments, with strong focus on performance, security roles, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years relevant experience with Dynamics 365 on premise and Online.
• At least 3 years with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• At least 3 years with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C#, with strong OO programming.
• Experienced in Webservice development like SOAP or REST.
• Proficient in setting up and configuring IIS.
• Proficient in version control tools such as TFS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and implementations utilizing your technical aptitude and support to manager and client.
• Gather requirements: prepare functional and technical specs; present to management and iterate.
• Architect and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C# and .Net.
• Ensure CRM security roles and team setup are properly implemented.
• Troubleshoot CRM servers and implement asynchronous processes, workflows and plugins.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and test configurations against requirements.
• Prepare training itineraries and materials; deliver end-user training.
• Manage customer relationships and service delivery per SLA; assist with go-live and post-implementation support.
