Job summary

OpenSource Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist and Technical Developer to join our Dynamics 365 projects.

You will gather requirements, design CRM solutions using CRM SDK, and provide onsite support while ensuring high performance and reliability of applications. The role requires strong C# coding, familiarity with Power Platform, and experience with cloud services (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of relevant experience with Dynamics 365 on premise and Online.
3+ years of Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Portal).
3+ years of AWS or Microsoft Azure experience.
Proficient in C# and OO programming.
Experience with SOAP/REST Web Services.
Experience configuring Microsoft IIS.
Familiar with TFS and version control.
Willing to work in implementation and maintenance projects.
Willing to work on Government and Private projects.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and prepare functional and technical specs from user sessions and customer input.
Present to management for review and implement changes.
Provide onsite support and ontime delivery.
Architect and develop custom CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net.
Configure Mailbox setup and Server Side Synchronization.
Explain CRM security roles and team setup; manage access controls.
Develop and troubleshoot CRM Asynchronous Processes, Workflows, and Plugins.
Guide teammates technically and maintain code quality and versioning.
Test configurations against requirements and deploy modules.
Prepare training itineraries and materials; deliver end-user training.
Execute cutover procedures during Dynamics CRM deployments.
Adhere to deployment guidelines, timelines, and project budgets.
Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
Participate in requirements sessions; build prototypes as needed.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable code with good performance.
