Job summary

OPENSOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Implementation Specialist and technical developer to design and deliver CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, C#, and .Net.

You will gather requirements, architect solutions, conduct onsite support, and ensure performance and quality. You will work in both SDLC Waterfall and Agile projects, collaborate with teams, train end users, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 (on-prem/online).
• 3+ years Power Platform (Power Apps/Portals) experience.
• 3+ years experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net.
• Provide onsite support and training to end users.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Prepare training itineraries and materials and deliver training.
