Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a senior professional to lead solution architecture and business analysis for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights projects. You will drive requirements, oversee enterprise integrations, and shape architecture across cloud platforms.

The role demands extensive experience in CRM/365 implementations, business process modelling, and the design of end-to-end data flows for education/public sector or customer engagement solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• Microsoft Certified preferred: Power Platform, Azure.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP/CCBA) preferred.
• TOGAF certification preferred.
• 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Insights projects preferred.
• 7+ years of solution architecture and business analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and business transformation initiatives.
• Oversee integration and cloud-based platform initiatives.
• Develop BRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases and User Stories.
• Create and review architecture deliverables (HD/LD design, security).
• Drive data migration, data model design and environment strategy.
