Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead Dynamic CRM implementation and ongoing maintenance in Singapore. You will develop CRM back-end, interfaces via .NET web services and APIs, and design multi-layer CRM applications with a focus on quality and scalable delivery.

You will work across SDLC waterfall and Agile projects, provide technical guidance to teammates, conduct training, and ensure on-time delivery, performance, and security of CRM solutions for government and private

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience with Dynamic 365 on premise and Dynamics 365 Online.
• 3+ years with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• 3+ years with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C# and .NET, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with IIS and TFS and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop custom CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .NET.
• Develop portal and application back-end integration via web services and APIs.
• Coordinate with team across multiple layers of CRM infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Test configurations, deploy modules, and validate requirements.
• Assist with project status, timelines, and budget reporting.
• Support go-live and post-implementation activities.
