Job summary

OpenTalent in Singapore seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Solution Architect to design, develop, implement, and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will lead both onshore and offshore technical teams and drive CRM modernization with SAP integrations.

The role requires deep CRM architecture expertise, hands-on customization, and strong collaboration with clients to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience and leadership.
• Strong experience in CRM solution architecture, customization, and system design.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore technical teams and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Manage onshore and offshore technical teams to ensure project success.
• Design scalable CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems (e.g., SAP).
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.
