Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. seeks a senior professional to lead solution architecture and business analysis for Dynamics 365 projects. You will drive requirement gathering, design enterprise integrations, and shape data and security strategies across the platform stack.

Role emphasizes education/public sector engagement and a strong focus on Power Platform and cloud services. Coordinate deliverables from BRD to Go-Live with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of solution architecture and business analysis experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementation experience.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights projects.
• Experience leading requirement gathering and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise integration and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience in higher education, public sector or customer engagement solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and business transformation initiatives.
• Design solution architecture and integration designs.
• Develop and maintain BRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases and User Stories.
• Coordinate data migration, security design and environment strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across education and public sector domains.
• Ensure go-live readiness and post-implementation support.
