Job summary

Qualifications

PhD ≥12 yrs, or Master’s ≥15 yrs, in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field, in Dry Etch.
Evidence of external/industry recognition and ability to represent the organization technically.
Innovation leader with patents/publications/invited talks/leadership roles in technical committees/consortia.

Responsibilities

Own dry etch process levels and translate challenges into roadmaps across nodes.
Lead FOAK dry etch development: recipe architecture, control plans, and integration.
Establish tool robustness to improve manufacturability and maturity criteria.
Drive multi-functional execution across Technology Development, Process Integration, and Manufacturing with clear status/risk updates.
Collaborate with equipment teams to define hardware roadmaps and resolve yield issues using data/model-based methods.
