Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD ≥12 years or Master’s ≥15 years in a relevant field.
• Expertise in dry etch process development for NAND.
• Strong understanding of plasma etch mechanisms and chemistry.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own dry etch process levels and translate challenges into roadmaps.
• Lead FOAK dry etch development, recipe architecture, and control plans.
• Establish tool robustness and monitor maintenance to improve yield.
• Collaborate across teams to define hardware roadmaps and resolve issues with data-driven methods.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
