Qualifications

12–15 years of dry etch RD experience, with 7–10 years in NAND/DRAM memory products.
In-depth knowledge of plasma physics, plasma chemistry, transport or surface phenomena.
Experience solving scalability issues in deep high-aspect-ratio silicon/dielectric etches and module integration.

Responsibilities

Lead Dry Etch technology and critical module development; own process levels for N, N+1, N+2 nodes.
Represent Dry Etch in program and module meetings; drive cross-functional execution.
Develop and optimize dry etch processes to meet structural and electrical specs for advanced NAND devices.
Lead FOAK dry etch process development including recipe architecture, EPD strategy, control plans, integration alignment.
