The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. with 8 years experience or equivalent and possesses deep plasma etch fundamentals and leadership skills. Collaborative efforts with hardware teams are essential to ensure successful product development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. ≥8 years, or Master’s ≥11 years, or Bachelor’s ≥13 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced dry etch PD experience required.
• Must have cross‑functional leadership and mentorship mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of dry etch technology and essential modules.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers.
• Work closely with hardware teams to develop equipment roadmap.
