Job summary

The candidate will define and execute roadmaps for process levels and modules, focusing on process development and technical mentorship.

This role requires significant experience in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with a strong background in dry etch processes. The position emphasizes collaborative efforts across multiple teams and contributions to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a PhD or 15 years with a Master's in a relevant field.
• Extensive dry etch PD experience.
• Evidence of external/industry recognition (patents, publications).

Responsibilities

• Own key dry etch process levels/modules and translate technology challenges into executable roadmaps.
• Lead FOAK dry etch development including recipe architecture and control plans.
• Establish tool robustness mechanisms to improve manufacturability.
