Job summary

The Manager of Donor Engagement at Singapore Children's Society oversees a team to grow donor relationships and secure long-term support. You will work with the Senior Manager to deliver engaging experiences and governance.

You will lead portfolio strategy, monitor performance, collaborations, and ensure compliant donor engagement while coaching staff to achieve fundraising goals. This role requires strong communication, a compassionate approach and proven experience in fundraising or donor

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant fundraising or donor engagement experience.
Experience supervising teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience managing donor portfolios and partnerships.
Knowledge of governance, compliance and fundraising regulations will be advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of donors across multiple segments, building trusted relationships that strengthen long-term engagement and financial support.
Lead the planning and execution of donor engagement strategies that strengthen acquisition, retention and portfolio growth.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to deepen relationships through renewals, multi-year giving, referrals and strategic collaborations.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance to team members to strengthen relationship management capability and performance.
Prepare reports, forecasts and management information to support planning and decision-making.
