Job summary

Singapore Children's Society is seeking a Manager of Donor Engagement to grow and manage donor relationships across multiple segments, delivering meaningful supporter experiences and identifying growth opportunities. You will lead a team, ensure strong portfolio performance and uphold governance and operational excellence.

The role requires at least five years in fundraising or donor engagement, with proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities, and a commitment to child welfare.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor engagement or stakeholder relations.
• Experience supervising teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in governance, compliance and fundraising regulations will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of donors across multiple segments, building trusted relationships that strengthen long-term engagement and financial support.
• Lead the planning and execution of donor engagement strategies that strengthen acquisition, retention and portfolio growth.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance to team members to strengthen relationship management capability and performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of supporter records, engagement activities and portfolio reporting.
