Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of energy storage product experience focused on residential applications.
• Experience launching products in North American markets is preferred.
• Deep understanding of solar-plus-storage systems and grid-connected/off-grid use cases.
• Ability to plan a product line, break down requirements, and lead delivery.
• Familiarity with product certification, safety, and grid-connection standards for NA markets.
• Proficient English communication with NA customers and global teams.
• Knowledge of US residential energy storage use cases and after-sales practices.

Responsabilités

• Own planning, definition, iteration, and full lifecycle management of the US residential energy storage product line.
• Develop product plans and release strategies based on market trends, user needs, and technical capabilities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user-needs assessment; produce PRDs, specs, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate R&D, testing, supply chain, and marketing across requirements through post-launch iterations.
• Lead technical reviews, feature definitions, performance improvements, and cost optimization.
• Collect feedback and drive continuous product improvement and releases.
• Establish baselines, release plans, and change controls with traceability.
• Monitor US market policy, certifications, competitors, and channel feedback; update plans accordingly.
