Job summary

FRANKLINWH SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Director of Go to Market and Solutions to lead global market entry for energy storage products in Singapore.

You will translate technical capabilities into customer value, guide GTM and solutions teams, and drive launches and adoption at scale. The role requires extensive GTM, product marketing, and program leadership experience, with a focus on cross-cultural collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in energy storage, new energy, or related industries with GTM/solutions exposure.
• Deep understanding of energy storage products and system architecture (BMS, PCS, EMS).
• End-to-end GTM experience from product definition to adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to develop value propositions and enablement materials for sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop global energy storage GTM strategy and execution frameworks across markets."
• Lead beta validation to market introduction and adoption at scale.
• Develop energy storage solutions for multiple markets and use cases with clear differentiators.
• Research policy, regulation, and industry trends to inform product and engineering teams.
• Establish product value propositions, marketing content, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and regional teams on market entry and key projects.
• Evaluate launch performance and drive improvements based on adoption and customer feedback.
• Build and lead GTM and solutions teams with strong cross-cultural collaboration.
