Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, power systems, energy engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 20 years in new energy, energy storage, power electronics, or related industry, including at least 10 years in strategy, product management, go-to-market, marketing, or business management.
• At least 5 years leading large teams or corporate-level department with strategic planning, business planning, and operational management experience.
• Deep understanding of energy storage products and system architecture with demonstrated major product definition, global launches, market entry, or growth at scale.
• Ability to develop and review business assumptions, investment priorities, revenue and gross margin targets, and drive decisions across functions.
• Organizational leadership, talent development, and regional collaboration skills across product, marketing, and technical teams.
• Ability to chair global business meetings and communicate with international teams and customers in English.
• Master's degree or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to corporate long-term strategy and lead energy storage strategy and annual planning.
• Translate strategic objectives into annual initiatives, ownership, and business metrics.
• Oversee global energy storage product strategy, portfolio, and roadmaps.
• Oversee global market entry, launch planning, and solutions development, coordinating beta validation and market expansion.
• Build insight processes covering markets, customers, competitors, policy, and technology.
• Agree priorities with engineering, sales, supply chain, and regional teams to coordinate resources.
• Lead product management, go-to-market, and solutions teams, including organization design and talent development.
• Take accountability for revenue, gross margin, market share, and customer satisfaction metrics.
