TECHTIMIA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced senior leader to drive end-to-end operational strategies, governance, and multi-functional coordination across operations, HR, and admin. The role also focuses on strategic vendor management and workforce planning at a global scale.

You will oversee budgeting, complex project estimation, and modernizing processes with AI-enabled tools, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and robust employee relations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced master's degree.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership spanning operations management, HR, administration, and project execution across multi-industry environments.
• Core competencies include Organizational Leadership, Strategic Financial Management, Statutory HR Compliance, Risk Management, and Change Management.
• Hands-on ERP/HR tech proficiency: SAP, HRIS, IT support, and digital marketing technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end operational strategies with cross-department alignment to corporate goals and expansion objectives.
• Oversee expenditure, financial forecasting, project estimation, and resource allocation for profitability and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor contracts, facilities and assets, upholding safety and quality standards.
• Integrate digital sales/marketing frameworks and AI technologies to automate legacy workflows and improve business performance.
