Job summary

Timeo -Performance Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR Operations and Training for a multi-site facility management business. You will oversee a team of HR and Training specialists and partner with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and governance.

The role focuses on process improvement, HR digitalisation and compliance, delivering robust training governance and accurate reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 6 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in Operations/Shared Services or multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of HR operations & employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience driving process improvement, governance & transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management & project management skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems & Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 4 HR and Training specialists.
• Review, streamline and enhance HR processes across onboarding, moves, contracts and offboarding.
• Develop and standardise HR policies, SOPs and employee documentation.
• Lead training administration and governance activities with measurable metrics.
• Drive HR operational excellence and participate in digitalisation and system enhancements.
