Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Leader to head the HR team, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive excellence across HR governance and processes.

You will partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategies while ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations, and manage HRIS enhancements (Oracle HCM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Diploma with significant relevant experience will be considered; IHRP-CP or IHRP-SP is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in leadership.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience leading a broad spectrum of HR functions and coaching teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle HCM preferred) and HR process improvements.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Coach, develop and manage the HR team members.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.
• Lead annual performance management processes.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning.
• Partner with TA and Compensation on hiring and reward decisions.
• Monitor HR metrics and present workforce insights to senior leadership.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and investigations.
