National University of Singapore (NUS-ISS) invites an Associate Director/Senior Manager, Business Development for Executive Education Programme to drive revenue growth and broaden market presence through proactive industry engagement and corporate partnerships.

You will develop strategic plans to penetrate new sectors, nurture multi-year partnerships, and lead initiatives to expand client acquisition and programme offerings aligned with market needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, customer account management, and partner management.
• Experience in education, training or consulting products is preferred.
• Strong sectoral knowledge and client acquisition through industry partnerships.
• Excellent strategic planning and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive client acquisition to meet/exceed targets for Executive Education Programmes.
• Develop and implement business plans to penetrate new markets/sectors and expand corporate engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to facilitate collaboration.
• Lead initiatives to manage relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Analyze competitive offerings and industry trends to identify opportunities for programme development.
• Provide market feedback to management on positioning and client requirements.
