Nanyang Technological University Singapore’s NBS seeks a Senior Assistant Director (Business Development – Joint Executive Education) to grow its joint EE portfolio through collaboration with partner universities, mainly in China and select markets. Based in the ASEAN & China Programmes Office, the role will co‑develop and deliver joint programmes, align academic aims with market demand, and strengthen university‑to‑university partnerships.

Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business development, executive education, or partnerships.
• Proven track record in university‑to‑university partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing and cost considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Originate and develop joint executive education programmes with partner universities, primarily in China.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across NTU and partner institutions to define themes and delivery formats.
• Manage partner relationships and ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Structure commercial models, pricing, and revenue frameworks for joint programmes.
• Incorporate market intelligence and client needs into programme design and differentiation.
