Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Workplace to ensure optimal end-user computing across all locations. You will provide first-level support, manage desktop devices, AD provisioning, and M365 onboarding, while driving continuous improvements in IT service delivery.

You will work with DKSH’s global IT teams to secure devices, support VIP users, and implement ITIL-aligned processes. A degree in IT and 3+ years of relevant experience are required, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computing/IT or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience managing Windows 10/11 environments and supporting basic network infrastructure and servers.
Strong end-user computing skills across desktop hardware, OS, productivity software, and security policies.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain end-user computing devices across locations.
Deliver first-level technical support to end users in line with SLAs.
Support SAP GUI, Fileserver, DHCP, DNS, AD, and FTP/SFTP for EDI; escalate when needed.
Manage user provisioning and access in AD and related systems.
Drive onboarding for new joiners with device setup and M365 email accounts.
Ensure device security is current and compliant across locations.
Plan and execute desktop refresh deployments.
