Job summary

ntuc first campus limited is seeking an experienced End User Support Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality end user services and a seamless digital workplace experience. The role includes leading a team of End User Support engineers and managed service providers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring governance across end user computing services.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in End User Support, Digital Workplace, or IT Operations
• 1–2 years leading or supervising an End User Support team

Responsibilities

• Lead End User Support to deliver high-quality technical support and excellent user experience.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers resolving endpoint, OS, application, and collaboration issues.
• Ensure incidents and requests meet SLAs with high customer satisfaction.
• Drive continual service improvement and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: procurement, staging, deployment, asset management, refresh, and decommissioning.
