Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking a Digital Operations Senior Manager to lead omnichannel digital initiatives across markets. You will evaluate e-commerce fulfilment systems, support emerging technologies, and translate strategic goals into market-ready solutions.

In this project-based role, you will collaborate with PMO, Group IT, and business units to plan, document, and execute digital programs while maintaining stakeholder alignment and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, or retail operations.
• Knowledge of FMCG retail landscape and omnichannel trends.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and planning digital fulfilment solutions for e-commerce picking, in-store operations, and last-mile orchestration.
• Provide administrative and operational support during RFI/RFP processes, ensuring documentation and business requirements are organized.
• Support research and documentation of AI use cases, automation tools, and cross-market opportunities.
• Serve as a point of contact for omnichannel and e-commerce project inquiries in selected business units; assist with guidance materials.
• Maintain and update tools, templates, and playbooks to support digital readiness across the region.
• Collaborate with CoE peers, PMO, Group IT, and business stakeholders to assist in task execution; support data gathering for leadership communications.
