Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a Manager, eCommerce to lead development of the eCommerce platform, delivering high-quality initiatives across multiple markets. The role requires hands-on technical leadership and collaboration with platform owners, QA, and DevOps to drive digital sales and marketing capabilities.

You will guide architecture, code quality, and performance improvements while mentoring a distributed team to ensure timely delivery under tight timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT-related discipline.
4–6 years hands-on technical experience.
Experience leading medium to large project teams (3–7 members).
Experience in detailed system design, database design, and architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead the eCommerce development team to deliver initiatives with high quality and in line with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership in solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting for eCommerce projects.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to technical design, coding standards, and security requirements.
Hands-on coding while overseeing development across offices and geographies.
Oversee source code management and ensure standards compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver regional eCommerce solutions.
Mentor team members to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Support the implementation of new technologies and best practices.
