Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Global Retail Excellence Manager to drive best-in-class retail execution across its global network. You will bridge global strategy and local market action, partnering with Retail Operations, Retail Solutions, Retail Activation and market teams to elevate performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in retail operations/excellence/transformation or store leadership roles.
• Experience in premium/luxury/omni-channel environments preferred.
• Proven ability to partner across markets or regions.
• Experience driving large-scale retail transformation or process improvement.
• Exposure to store systems and omnichannel operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent execution of Dyson retail standards across markets.
• Develop and maintain global retail operating frameworks, playbooks and SOPs.
• Monitor and analyse retail KPIs including sales productivity, conversion, ATV, UPT, traffic and satisfaction.
• Lead business reviews with markets and recommend performance actions.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools for decision making.
