Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a Manager, eCommerce to lead the development and delivery of eCommerce platform initiatives and enhancements. You will manage a team of developers and collaborate with platform owners, stakeholders, QA and DevOps to deliver projects that drive digital sales and marketing capabilities.

Focus is on hands-on technical leadership, project delivery, and ongoing performance improvements of the platform, including SEO, GTM, and analytics integration when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• 4–6 years hands-on technical experience.
• Experience leading medium to large project teams.
• Strong knowledge of system design and architecture.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eCommerce development team to deliver initiatives and production support.
• Provide technical leadership in design, implementation and troubleshooting for eCommerce projects.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical design, coding standards and security requirements.
• Hands-on coding while overseeing distributed teams across geographies.
• Oversee source code management and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with platform owners, stakeholders, QA and DevOps to deliver regional eCommerce solutions.
