Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of business analysis, digital solution delivery, or system implementation experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, AS400, and related BA tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and document business rules.
• Develop UAT scenarios and assist in project delivery & governance.
• Provide production support and identify process improvements.
• Create training materials and maintain knowledge resources.
• Handle user enquiries and support post‑implementation activities.
