Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, media, loyalty, strategy, or client services.
• Hands-on experience with digital media planning, performance marketing, and optimisation across key paid channels.
• Proven ability to manage integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and support senior leadership on strategic direction and growth.
• Lead execution of integrated digital and media campaigns across channels, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with planning, creative, media, and data analytics to implement strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Support media planning and activation across paid digital channels and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs covering creative, media, performance marketing, and tech requirements.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns and support local market rollouts with strategic alignment.
