Job summary

Cheil Singapore is seeking a Digital Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client relationships and guide strategic growth. You will lead the execution of integrated digital campaigns, coordinate with planning, creative, media, and data teams, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

You will translate client briefs into actionable internal briefs, manage multi-channel campaigns, and surface insights to drive performance and incremental sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, media, loyalty, strategy, or client services.
• Hands-on experience with digital media planning, performance marketing, and optimisation across paid channels.
• Experience guiding integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and support senior leadership on strategic growth.
• Lead execution of integrated digital and media campaigns to budget and quality standards.
