Job summary

Craft Creative is seeking an Account Director in Singapore to own client relationships and drive growth across a portfolio of digital marketing accounts. You will shape strategic direction, identify new business opportunities within partnerships, and lead a team to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires a commercially minded leader with strong experience in paid advertising, creative direction, and client management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing or agency environment.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align marketing activity with commercial goals.
• Solid understanding of paid advertising, campaign performance, budgeting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own growth, profitability, and long-term success of assigned client accounts.
• Develop growth strategies based on client objectives, market position, and audience.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients and expand campaigns and services.
• Lead creative, video, and performance teams to translate strategy into effective campaigns.
• Communicate results and insights to clients in a clear, commercially meaningful way.
• Mentor Account Managers and ensure high standards of client delivery.
