Job summary

Havas Media Singapore is seeking an Associate Manager to lead digital media planning and campaign delivery across a portfolio of client accounts. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, guiding campaigns from planning through activation and optimisation.

You will mentor junior team members, translate briefs into actionable media plans, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital media channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display and video.
• Hands-on platform experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and/or programmatic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-driven media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Translate client briefs into audience, channel, messaging and investment recommendations.
• Develop media plans, budgets and measurement frameworks to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Identify growth opportunities through audience insights and campaign performance data.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations and performance reviews to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee campaign implementation across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor delivery, pacing and performance against KPIs and client goals.
• Analyse results and propose optimisation opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
