Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Account Manager in Singapore to oversee a portfolio of client campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and paid media. You will coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, monitor KPIs, and present results to clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google/Meta/LinkedIn ads, strong analytical skills, and a track record of optimizing campaigns and driving growth for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in an agency.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and paid digital campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret campaign analytics and translate data into client recommendations.
• Strong client-facing presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience coordinating internal specialists and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand client objectives and develop SEO, SEM, paid social and digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, design, development and performance marketing teams on campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, performance data and budgets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Present campaign results, strategic plans and performance updates to clients.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, influencers and advertising platforms where required.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across digital marketing services.
• Support client retention and account growth.
• Stay updated on developments across SEO, paid media, social media and digital advertising.
