Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5+ years with increasing levels of responsibility within an agency or media company.
• 3+ years in digital media planning or media strategy.
• Strong knowledge of media landscape in Singapore and SEA; strong analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns under pressure.
• Navigate complex client needs and internal dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client and agency communications, owning client satisfaction and delivery quality.
• Support strategic development and execution of digital campaigns, contributing to media recommendations, audience strategy, and media flow planning.
• Interpret client briefs to develop comprehensive omnichannel media plans.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end from brief through activation, optimisation, reporting, and insights.
• Collaborate with client services, operations, creative, and third-party partners to ensure on-brief delivery.
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders for a seamless, collaborative workflow.
• Support account growth alongside Senior Account Managers.
• Own day-to-day reporting, weekly updates, campaign analysis, and finance/operational processes.
