Job summary

Pan & Company Pte Ltd, a well-established Singapore organisation, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with the C-suite and senior leadership to drive people strategies beyond traditional advisory work.

You will shape organisation design, workforce planning, leadership and transformation while leading a small team of HR Business Partners supporting the business and reporting into the Head of People.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience partnering senior executives and leadership.
• Experience in organisation design, workforce planning and transformation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 HR Business Partners.
• Support 700+ headcount across business units.
• Manage or partner on union-related matters.
