Job summary

Enterprise Singapore is seeking a self-motivated (Senior) Development Partner to drive human capital and leadership transformation for Singapore enterprises as part of the Industry Resource Division (IRD).

You will work with enterprise leaders, CHROs, government agencies and partners to shape programmes, policies and capability-building initiatives that attract, develop and retain talent, build leadership pipelines, and prepare the workforce for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in human capital, leadership development and enterprise growth.
• Ability to engage senior leaders including CEOs and CHROs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Structured thinking and problem-solving with data-driven insights.
