Job summary

DING SHENG E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Design Manager to lead the design development and coordination across Structural, M&E, and Architectural works for building and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with project specifications and timely delivery, guiding a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with site execution. You will oversee BIM processes, conduct model reviews, and perform clash detection to maintain design integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction design management and coordination.
• Experience managing Structural, M&E, and Architectural design coordination for building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in BIM processes and software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for design coordination and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, construction methodologies, and buildability requirements.
• Proven ability to manage design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight project deadlines.

Responsibilities
