Job summary

ANDERCO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced site/engineering project engineer to oversee workflows, coordinate disciplines, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

You will support site operations, manage document control, respond to RFIs, track milestones, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and the QS to keep projects on budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• 1. Engineering Workflow Oversight: Oversee engineering workflows, schedules, and coordination among disciplines to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• 2. Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise between project managers, engineering teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate progress and resolve issues.
• 3. Document Control and Compliance: Monitor technical document control, ensuring compliance with codes and standards; maintain records of drawing flow and project documentation.
• 4. Milestone Management: Ensure milestones are achieved within timeframes and budget; implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• 5. Technical Query Resolution: Handle TQs and RFIs and coordinate resolutions, ensuring prompt communication of information to relevant parties.
• 6. Site Engineering Support: Manage site engineering support and coordinate procurement of materials per project specs, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• 7. Model and Drawing Development: Draw models and create drawings based on project specs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
• 8. Variation Notification: Notify the QS of variations and maintain records for budgeting and tracking purposes.

Duties/Responsibilities

• 1. Engineering Workflow Oversight

• 8. Variation Notification

  - Notify the Quantity Surveyor (QS) of anyvariations and maintain a record of these changes for budgeting and projecttracking purposes.
