Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating architectural works from design development through construction.
• Experience reviewing and coordinating architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and samples.
• Strong ability to coordinate with Structural, M&E, BIM and other trades to resolve design/interface issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural works from design development through construction and completion.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and samples.
• Coordinate architectural details with Structural, M&E, BIM and other trades to identify and resolve design/interface issues.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on technical and coordination matters.
• Monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and technical discussions as required.
• Identify design discrepancies, clashes and constructability issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Follow up on RFI, technical submissions, drawing approvals and material submissions.
• Monitor subcontractors' progress and workmanship for architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in managing architectural-related programme, quality and coordination issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, defect rectification and architectural handover requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, submissions, approvals and site instructions.
