Job summary

SINOCON Engineering PTE LTD is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E teams on construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure works align with architectural plans, specifications and local regulations, and manage submissions to authorities.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or related field, familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM is a plus, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Architecture, Building, or Construction Management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to visit project sites and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and resolve discrepancies in drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors and relevant authorities on technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and approved drawings.
• Prepare and track submissions to authorities and consultants (e.g. shop drawings, materials).
• Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and monitor progress of architectural works.
• Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, and drawing revisions.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of all drawings.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.
