Job summary

GRACE HR SOLUTIONS in Singapore is seeking an Architect/Project Coordinator with 2–5 years of construction experience to join our design team. You will review drawings, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.

On-site monitoring, method statements, technical reports, and schedules support; participate in site inspections, maintain records, and assist with as-built drawings and handovers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project design intent and construction standards.
• Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations.
• Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules.
• Support site inspections and quality control activities.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines; attend project coordination meetings and provide technical input.
• Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives.
