Job summary

Celecti Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Inventory/Demand Planner to oversee stock for Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines, and to implement Kanban and VMI programs. You will drive replenishment strategies to ensure availability and efficient fulfilment.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Service and Procurement to resolve supply challenges and to drive improvements in replenishment and stock planning across ASEAN.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant planning.
• Hands-on Kanban replenishment experience preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning and inventory replenishment for Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
• Develop stocking strategies to optimise inventory availability and fulfilment efficiency.
• Drive the implementation of Kanban and Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) programmes.
• Monitor inventory performance and maintain inventory-to-sales ratios below 10%.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Procurement to resolve supply challenges.
• Analyse inventory trends and implement improvements in replenishment and stock planning.
• Lead initiatives to reduce excess, aging and slow-moving inventory across ASEAN.
• Manage regional inventory reporting and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and OEM customers to develop tailored inventory solutions.
• Engage customers to understand business needs and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain performance and service delivery.
