Job summary

Celecti Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned supply chain planner to oversee demand planning and inventory replenishment across Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines. You will develop stocking strategies, drive Kanban/VMI implementations, and partner with Sales, Customer Service and Procurement to resolve supply challenges.

The role focuses on optimizing inventory availability, reducing excess and aging stock, and delivering actionable insights from regional inventory reporting to support business

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant planning experience.
• Hands-on Kanban replenishment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning and inventory replenishment for Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
• Develop stocking strategies to optimise inventory availability and fulfilment efficiency.
• Drive Kanban and Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) programmes.
• Monitor inventory performance and maintain inventory-to-sales ratios below 10%.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Procurement to resolve supply challenges.
• Analyse inventory trends and implement replenishment improvements.
• Lead initiatives to reduce excess, aging and slow-moving inventory across ASEAN.
• Manage regional inventory reporting and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and OEM customers to develop tailored inventory solutions.
• Engage customers to understand business needs and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain performance.
