Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Demand Planner to coordinate planning across Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam, and to report on ASEAN requirements. You will own demand planning with internal sales data, manage Kanban/VMI programs, and align with customers.

The role involves inventory control, ensuring healthy DSI, collaborating with CS/Buyer, and leading monthly ASEAN inventory consolidation with SVP, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Material Planning, preferably in MNC or manufacturing environment.
• Previous hands-on experience in Kanban replenishment / pull system is preferred.
• People oriented personality and be able to work in a team effectively with good interpersonal communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning by collecting demand from internal customers, i.e., Sales companies in Singapore, Vietnam and Philippines.
• Forecasting/planning management with major customers with VMI contracts.
• Physical execution of Kanban/VMI program, including review, coordination with team and customers.
• Maintain healthy DSI and inventory over sales to be < 10% every month.
• Take lead in consolidation of ASEAN inventory reports (SVP, Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia).
• Collaborate with other ASEAN planners to manage monthly inventory forecast/reporting.
