This hybrid role spans technical delivery and strategic account growth, coordinating with Solution Architects, PS, and engineering to accelerate adoption of the Lakehouse platform. You will engage senior customer executives, build executive relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver production workloads and measurable business value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience accountable for technical project / program delivery in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
• Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems
• Understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables
• Technical program or project management including account, stakeholder and resource management accountability
• Experience resolving escalation with senior customer executives
• Open-ended discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps and delivery of complex programmes/projects
• Track record of overachievement against quota/goals/targets
• Proficiency in Thai language for client communications in Thailand
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Engage with solutions architects to understand use case demand plans for prioritised customers
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for most use cases in strategic accounts
• Be accountable technical leader for use cases across multiple teams and customers
• Serve as first contact for production/go live issues and questions
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding and PS resources
• Develop and execute a plan to move key use cases from win to production
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for new product innovations and upgrades
• Create delivery plans covering all customer-facing tech roles and streams
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health and risk status to the Technical GM
