Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with an AI product mindset to advance a communications targeting system, including relevance ranking, translation models, and agentic marketing content generation.

You will report to the Senior Data Science Manager and contribute to end-to-end model development within Grab One North Singapore. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing and engineering teams to manage deployment of ML/LLM solutions,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field (CS/Engineering/Math/Statistics).
• 4+ years of data science or ML experience with practical project delivery.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java and data pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Enhance communications targeting systems with relevance ranking and translation models.
• Analyze data to understand user behavior and inform personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to design and deploy ML/LLM models.
• Build and test robust models, develop data pipelines, and establish observability.
• Leverage GenAI and AI coding tools to accelerate model development and evaluation.
