GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to head payments analytics within GrabFin & Platform.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Data Science to define data requirements, track key metrics, and translate insights into action. The role will involve guiding experimental design and advanced models to monitor product performance. The role offers onsite work at Grab Singapore and opportunities to shape data strategy, mentor analysts,

Qualifications

8+ years in Analytics, Product Analytics, or Data Strategy, preferably in Payments/DTCD.
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (CS/DS/OR/Statistics or related).
Proven SQL proficiency and ability to build data visualizations (PowerBI).
Experience with Spark/PySpark and large, high-velocity data environments.
Strong track record influencing product decisions with quantitative analysis.
Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead payments analytics teams and partner with Product, Eng, Design, and Data Science.
Define data requirements, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Evaluate new ideas with feasibility analyses and experimental design.
Develop models and anomaly detection to monitor product metrics.
Mentor analysts and promote a data-driven culture across teams.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows to accelerate decision-making.
