Grab Singapore is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to tackle driver-facing problems. You will transform business challenges into DS problems, using big data to build deep learning, reinforcement learning, and optimisation models for supply repositioning, activation and incentives in Grab's marketplace.

You will report to the Senior Data Science Manager and work onsite at Grab One North. You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop scalable DS solutions, run experiments, and build dashboards to

Formación

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a degree in CS/CE/Stats/DS/Applied Math/OR.
• Experience ETL pipelines supporting complex modelling and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with LP/MILP/NLP models.
• Experience designing heuristics or meta-heuristics for large-scale optimisation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, writing readable, maintainable code, unit tests.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify driver repositioning, activation and incentivisation requirements.
• Translate business problems into data science problems and design potential solutions.
• Retrieve and analyse relevant data for exploratory analysis and feasibility studies.
• Develop and deploy scalable DS solutions and measure impact with experiments.
• Build dashboards to monitor the health of DS systems and continuous improvement.
