A Japan manufacturer MNC in automation equipment and solutions is seeking a Marketing Supervisor / Senior Executive in Singapore. The role focuses on leading B2B marketing, generating leads, and building the data foundations and reports used by the sales team.

You will plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and support sales through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include developing lead-generation programs, creating dashboards (Excel/Power BI), researching target sectors

• Market Research: Investigate target industries (e.g., Semiconductor, Robotics, Biomedical, EV) to identify new market potential.
• CRM Management: Maintain database integrity and expand the customer base.
• Customer Support: Diagnose customer issues and connect them with Sales Engineers (SE).

Job Summary

• Role: Plan and execute lead generation and marketing initiatives, with data-backed planning and review that you carry out yourself. Separately, build the reports and set up the data that the sales team uses (tools: Microsoft, SAP, and Keyence in-house software).
• Objective: Grow the results of lead generation and marketing initiatives. In addition, put in place the reports and data foundation the sales team uses, to support sales direction.
• Scope: B2B marketing as a whole, including promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement.
